Question:
1. What is the distance after it is installed from the deck to the stand off bumpers. 2. What is the folded length not installed. 3. Are there any installation instructions .

According to Jif Marine, the distance after the # JIF48FR is installed from the deck to the stand off bumpers is approximately 18". When folded it is approximately 40-1/2" long. There are no instructions included with the ladder but if you call Jif Marine they can talk you through the installation process.
