Will 5-Gallon Bucket Fit on Single-Bottle Liquid Propane Gas Rack

Question:
Will this mount hold a standard 5-gallon bucket? According to the measurements I would think it will, but can you confirm?

Expert Reply:
The Single-Bottle Liquid Propane Gas Rack # 2020-JR is designed for 20 lb propane tanks which have a 12" diameter. Since 5-gallon buckets have a similar diameter and this bracket comes with fairly long screw you'll be able to mount your 5-gallon bucket on this bracket.
Please note that you'll need to keep an eye on the weight of your bucket though - if it's filled with a liquid like water or paint then that would be significantly heavier than a full 20 lb propane tank like what this bracket was made for.
