The hitch pin on a bike rack with a dedicated 1-1/4 inch shank won't be long enough to work with the EcoHitch with a 2 inch receiver that fits your 2022 Nissan Leaf, which is the following part number:
- EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7221
So with the # 306-X7221 you'd need a bike rack that does work with its 2 inch hitch, such as the Thule T2 Pro X # TH83GC, Kuat Transfer V2 # KU84FR, or Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z.
