Question:
Item list and video show that it comes with the shear pin installed. Do you have and documentation as to the diameter and length of this pin. Information for my 2006 Arctic Fox 29-5t indicates a pin of 9/64 by 1 1/4. I have had to reach out to a private owners forum to locate a part number of 13-1119 since mine was painted over. Currently the unit has a Klauber #523900 which matches up but likes to break shear pins. Not sure if it is as robust as the Lippert unit.

Helpful Expert Reply:
523900 comes back as PowerGear motor number and not a Klauber. This motor is the high-torque option so that's most likely the reason you keep breaking shear pins. You'll want to switch to the Replacement PowerGear RV Above Floor Slide-Out Motor - Double Shaft - Mid Torque # LC368417.
I was unable to find any info on the shear pins but the hole for this motor has a 0.25" diameter.
