Question:
Does anyone make a kit that can convert a utility trailer to carry a 10 rigid inflatable boat? The trailer is a 12 aluma utility trailer and I would like to make it a dual purpose trailer by adding bunks that are removable when using it for golf cart or motorcycle transport

I have a couple options for you to carry your 10' inflatable boat on your 12' utility trailer as there is not a specific kit we carry that has everything.
First you can mount the CE Smith Heavy Duty, Vertical Bunk Brackets # CE10160GA-2 to your trailer decking. Then you can mount the Slotted Swivel Bracket # HP55FR for attaching your Bunk Boards # CE27840. You will need 2 sets of the vertical brackets and 4 swivel brackets to mount the 2 bunk boards. The Vertical brackets will need to be bolted so removal and installation may take some time.
I feel the CE Smith Dolly # CE27575 would be the best option. You will be able to secure the dolly to your utility trailer and can also use it to assist launching and removing your boat from the water. And since it sounds like you use your trailer for several uses it will make it easier when removing the boat and putting in storage. I do recommend supporting the dolly off the wheels while it is on the trailer to prevent damage to the casters since the trailer will bounce around on the road. The dolly is rated for up to 1,000lbs.
