Question:

I have a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica and installed the Curt powered trailer harness with break-out T-connectors. It worked fine for a long time but it seems now that the converter isnt working correctly for the right tail lamp output. I have verified that the input green wire will flash a test lamp is happening on the appropriate wires but the converter will not switch the output for the right-side trailer lamp. It will not illuminate via blinker, brake pedal, or via headlamp on Seems like a circuit board failure. Is there any way to replace the board without replacing the entire harness and break-out connections? Thank you. Todd

Unfortunately the converter of the Curt # C55530 you have installed on your 2007 Chrysler Pacifica is not a replaceable part and the entire wire harness and would need to be replaced. This is unfortunately pretty common with 4-pole wire harnesses, which is why there's only a 1-year limited warranty.
