Question:
I have a Yakima High Speed and the skewer was stolen. Will this work as a replacement for that skewer with my High Speed? I have a Cervelo S3 roadbike.

Yes, the Thru-Axle Skewer Adapter for Yakima WheelHouse Bike Tire Carrier # Y02110 that you mentioned will work fine with your Yakima HighSpeed # Y02115.
This adapter will replace your wheel's thru-axle skewer and will slide into the carrier's 9-mm fork.
