I noticed that the new 8 foot base rails #21000 will fit most makes of 8 foot beds. Will this fit a 2019 F250 8 foot bed as well?

Yes I checked with Thule and the base rails part # TH21000 are correct for your 2019 Ford F-250 long bed. For a complete TracRac sliding ladder rack for your truck the correct part number is # TH43003XT-000.
