I have a 2016 Forest River Avenger ATI 17BH travel trailer. The variant sticker from my inoperable Solera 13 foot manual pull rope awning tube is V000211458 picture attached, but that variant number does not come up anywhere Lippert or eTrailer. This model V003211459 looks like it will work with my existing arms, which are exactly 13 feet apart. My old awning had sand colored fabric perhaps thats the difference in V000211458 and V000211458? The Replacement 13' Wide Roller w/ Fabric for Solera RV Awnings, # LCV000211459 that you linked to is for a 13' awning assembly as measured from center of left arm to center of right arm. From what you have listed, it sounds like that is what you have. This is compatible only with Solera awnings which is what you have listed. This should fit your assembly well as a direct replacement. It is a black fade color, darker at the top of fabric fading to white. The # LCV000211462 is a white fade fabric option and the # LCV000223178 part number is sand fade.
