Does Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock with Handle Come With Warranty

Question:
Have seen a lot of comments in other places about the lock handle breaking and the manufacturer refusing to honor the warrantee because of where it was purchased. Is the warrantee valid when purchased from etrailer? How long is the warrantee period?

The Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock with Handle # PAL8540 for your 2013 Toyota Tacoma comes with a 1-year warranty which would be valid when you purchase this through us.
