I have a Jensen JWM22 console connected to a Jensen JTV24DC LED TV. Question is can I use the Jensen JTV1917DVDC with built in DVD player as a direct replacement ?

Yes, you can use the Jensen LED RV TV with DVD Player # JTV1917DVDC as a replacement for your Jensen LED RV TV JEN46VR. I would not say it is a "direct" replacement because there are some differences (screen size, resolution, power supply options). But it will use the same connection points as your JTV24DC as far as connecting to your Jensen Mechless RV Stereo # JWM20 (JWM22) is concerned.
