The website says 350 lbs tongue weight capacity however, the chart in the installation .pdf says 600 lbs. Which one is correct?

I verified with Trailer Valet and the tongue weight is 600 lbs for the Trailer Valet RVR3 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly - Wireless Remote item # TVRVR3. It has a 3,500 lbs maximum capacity.
