You are looking for the Lockable Lid # RA-14L for your 23x79 Rack'Em Heavy-Duty Cargo Basket # RA-14. We do also carry the 23x79 Rack'Em Heavy-Duty Cargo Basket # RA-14-14L that includes the lockable lid with the basket.
The Master Lock Laminated Steel Padlock # ML312KA can be ordered keyed alike so you can use the same key for both locks. And the thermoplastic shell will help protect the lock from the elements.
