Does this hitch require drilling or welding to install on my 2021 subaru outback wagon?

The Draw-Tite 76907 which we offer as part # DT38GR does not require drilling or welding to install. The hitch fits all 2021 Outback models except for the Sport.
Installation involves removing the rear bumper cover. The hitch will be sandwiched between the vehicle and the bumper beam and the fascia under the bumper will need to be trimmed slightly.
