The factory installed Yakima tracks on my Snugtop truck cap are 37 inch apart measured center to center. Will the 54inch crossbars in this package Item # Y02-480B-NT fit? Thanks for your help!

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks # Y02-480B-NT that you referenced will fit roof top tracks that are 37 inches apart on center. The feet are adjustable in the track that attaches to the bottom of the bar.
