Hello I just want to make sure this is compatible with the snug top with the roof tracks already mounted from the factory.

I verified with Rhino-Rack that the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks - 2 Heavy-Duty Crossbars - Black - 65" # Y01-140B-NT will indeed fit your Snug Top factory tracks. This kit includes everything necessary for installation and provides 65" crossbars with T-slot channels to easily install T-slot accessories.
