Good morning. Can I use this with a scissors trailer that has a 22in. space between the lifting arms?

Yes, the Jif Marine Underdeck Pontoon Ladder for Flat Decks - 5 Steps - 59" Tall - 300 lbs - Aluminum # JIF75FR will sit inside of the lifting members that are 22" apart on your trailer. The ladder is 18" apart so that will give you plenty of room to spare.
