Does rhino pioneer roof rack come in 80 length for my 2004 E150 Ford van?. The 100 is too long as I have a vent on top for my roof fan...

If the 100" Long x 62" Wide Gutter Mount Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack # RR43QX is too long then you can definitely go with a smaller-sized Pioneer like the 84" Long x 56" Wide # RR58AB or the 76" Long x 54" Wide # JA8192.
Rhino-Rack lists the 100" long Pioneer as a fit for your van but as long as the gutters run the length of the van you'll be just fine with a shorter rack.
