The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar and TruTrac Rod Kit # RM-1259-116 that you mention is not a fit for your 2020 Newmar Bay Star motorhome, however I do have a solution.
What you'll need instead, is the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148.
If you need the rear the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-149 will work great.
