The CIPA Rearview Mirror w/ Day and Night swich, part # CM32000, is designed to fit wedge-style mounts.
A wedge mount mirror will usually be removed by removing a small screw or clip and pushing the mirror up toward roof to remove. A camlock mirror is removed by turning it 90 degrees and pulling down. If you have this mount, then this mirror will work for you.
If your vehicle does not have a wedge-style mount for the mirror, you may have a camlock style mirror mount, which is typically found on imports. I have attached a photo that shows the difference between a wedge mount and a camlock mount.
