It depends on which Truxedo tonneau cover you have for your Chevrolet Silverado. Some Truxedo tonneau covers will leave your stake pockets uncovered because the tonneau cover sits below the rails of your truck bed. If that is the case, you will still have a very tight fit between the tonneau cover and the ladder rack.

We may have a Thule TracRac SR that is compatible with your 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. The ladder rack that is compatible with your vehicle depends on the length of your truck bed. The part numbers are as follows:

5-3/4' truck bed, part # TH43002XT-782
6' truck bed, part # TH43002XT-781

If you have not purchased the tonneau cover yet, my recommendation is a BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl. If you have the 5-3/4' truck bed, you need part # BAK39130. If you have the 6' truck bed, you will need part # BAK39131. With a BAK tonneau cover, you will not have to worry about the ladder rack/ tonneau cover interface. The BAK tonneau covers sit further inside the rails of the truck bed. I prefer this model because the tonneau cover is retractable.
