Want to buy roof vent screen BVC0573-41 only see polar white and garnish VA044527 only see birch white. Can you please tell me if two colors are similar or if I can get the garnish in polar white? Thank you!

Birch white is more of cream color whereas polar white is a bright white. So for a polar white vent garnish in the same size as the one you mentioned you'd want the part # VA0445-35.
