I would like to replace the OEM Rhino pin box LCI item # 2020121070, on my 2022 Rogue 4007. Will the Flex Air add height? Which would you recommend?

The Flex Air will not add height when replacing your Lippert Rhino pin box, and in fact the height is adjustable for the pin box so you can get it in the exact position you need. As for the best upgrade for the Rhino, you've found it with the Flex Air:

The Flex Air # LC65VR combines the best of all pin box upgrades, with a rubber compound, air bag, shock, and slightly pivoting head, for the smoothest possible ride. The rubber compound in the head is the first thing that takes effect, soaking up the initial movement when you encounter rough terrain.

But it can only absorb so much, and the next layer is the shock and air bag.
