Does the 2013 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab Come with a Tailgate Lock

Question:
we just ordered a 2013 toyota tacoma access cab with back up camera. does that truck already have a tailgate lock or do we have to order one

The 2013 Toyota Tacoma can be equipped with a power tailgate lock, a manual lock or no lock, depending on the trim package ordered. Your Toyota dealership where you are purchasing the vehicle can advise what type of tailgate lock equipment is supplied on your specific Tacoma.
The Pop and Lock # PAL8521 Custom Power Tailgate Lock will work with a factory power lock system on all Tacoma trucks for model years 2005 through 2013. It installs with basic hand tools using the included wiring and hardware and is compatible with trucks that have the factory backup camera.
