Are the solar panels in the DuraPack Go Power Portable Power Bank with Solar Panels silicon based, or copper based CIGS panels? No one seems to know and the information is not in any of the literature I have seen.

According to Go Power the Go Power Portable Power Bank with Solar Panels # GP22RR uses Monocrystalline solar cells which would mean they are silicon based.
