Im interested in buying a Rhino rack for my bare roof 2017 Prius. Tho square bar seems to have the highest weight capacity 165lbs. May I get those bars longer than 49? Thanks

The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero crossbar option is rated for 165 lbs and has a limited amount of spacing underneath the crossbar where the feet mount so you'll need to stick to the 49" length for your 2017 Toyota Prius.
I personally like the Vortex system better because it looks better plus it will work better against wind noise and drag when compared to square or round crossbars:
