The Screw Covers # 37220405 is 5/16" and is 3/16" smaller than the 1/2" you're needing.
We do offer the Screw Covers # 37220395 which is 1/2" in diameter, but is brown in color.
Or
We offer the RV Kappet Screws with Covers # 37220425, which is 3/8" in diameter, making these 1/8" smaller than the 1/2" diameter you mention, and is beige in color.
