I do have what you need, but the Replacement Mounting Hardware for 2 Carr Super Hoop Side Steps # CARRHA10252 is the not the correct mounting hardware for the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps # CARR124032 (124032).
The correct replacement hardware for the # CARR124032 is the Replacement Mounting Hardware for Car Hoop II Custom-Fit Side Steps # CARRHA14702K which does include those black spacer tubes.
