Your Sprinter has a port for wiring up the brake controller. It is located under the drivers seat. Look for a wiring harness with a green connector on it. The harness should have 4 wires, a red and yellow wire, a brown wire, a black wire with a blue stripe, and a black wire with a brown stripe.
A wiring adapter is not available to attach to the connector, you can cut the connector off and wire up the brake controller as follows. Attach the red wire on the controller to the black wire with the brown stripe on the wiring harness. The black wire on the controller would attach to the red/yellow wire on the harness. Attach the blue brake controller wire to the black wire with the blue stripe on the harness, and the white controller wire attaches to the brown wire on the harness.
