Question:
I have an Adarack carrier added to the bed of my Ram 1500 P/U. With 54inch of room on the rack, is it possible to carry 4 kayaks safely, conveniently, etc...?

It looks like you have the Adarac Pro Series ladder rack on your 2021 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Unfortunately, with two sets of the Rhino-Rack 2 kayak carriers # S512-S512X, you need at least 56 inches of crossbar space.
However, depending on height of your kayaks (the thickness of the hulls when the kayaks are on their side in the post style), there may be an option for you. If you have thinner kayaks, the best bet is the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Post Style - Folding # RRS520. However, you most likely do not have enough crossbar space for this application as well. In order to be completely sure, I recommend measuring the height of all 4 of your kayaks. If that measurement exceeds 54 inches total, you unfortunately do not have enough crossbar space to transport all kayaks at once. If you do find that you have enough space, you need to purchase the additional Rhino-Rack Cam-Buckle Cinch Strap and Anchor Kit # RRRBAS-RTD55P-RTD45P for 2 additional kayaks.
The 100% definitive way to transport your kayaks is by using the Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer with Post Style Carrier for 4 Kayaks # MAL63FR. The EcoSport only weighs 145 pounds and has a 400-pound total weight capacity. Since it comes with a 2-inch ball coupler, you need a 2-inch ball and ball mount like the 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2" and 2-5/16" Balls # C45002. Since the coupler stands 14 inches tall from the ground, you most likely need a rise/drop hitch to get a level connection between the trailer and the hitch. I went ahead and attached all of our rise/drop hitches constructed to fit a 2-inch hitch receiver.
