For your 2021 Ford E-450 Cutaway, choosing a wiring harness will depend on what brake controller you have, and if you have a factory towing package or not.
If you have a Tekonsha brake controller, like the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller # TK90160, you can use the Replacement Brake Control Plug # 20127.
If you don't have one already, you're going to need to add a 4-flat # C59236, and a 7-way # ETBC7.
