where is this plug located ? Its not in jack compartment. And its not in with either tail light.

Great question.
This happens sometimes depending on what factory the vehicle was made in.
You are not far off from the plug. You need to go one panel closer to the front of the tracker.
You will need a screwdriver and a trim removal tool. You will find the connection point either zip-tied to another harness or just taped to the inner wall.
You can then plug in the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55372 and route it going back to the jack compartment and then replace the panel making sure not to pinch the wires.
