Can 2015 Ford Fiesta ST Hatchback 4D be Flat Towed

Question:
Im looking at purchasing a 2015 Ford Fiesta ST Hatchback 4D automatic transmission to use as a vehicle to tow behind my motorhome. However everything I have read says that the ST model is not flat towable then I ran across this item. Is the 2015 Ford Fiesta ST Hatchback 4D with an automatic transmission flat towable?

I pulled up the owners manual of your 2015 Ford Fiesta and on page 152 I found the recreational towing section and there is no mention of the ST models not being flat tow-able.
There is special instructions listed for the automatic transmission vehicles that you can check out in your owners manual. The etrailer base plate kit part # e98968 is a confirmed fit and would work great though.
