Will TruXedo Bulkhead Tray Fit with TruXedo Lo Pro Tonneau Cover

Is this compatible with a Truxedo Lo Pro soft tonneau cover? Will I need to remove it to install cargo trays?

Yes, the TruXedo Bulkhead Tray for Truck Beds # TX1704900 will fit great with your TruXedo Lo Pro tonneau cover. I haven't installed one of these before but it does look like you'll need to disconnect that front section to install the Bulkhead Tray, yes.
