I do have a powered tonnea cover that will work for your 2003 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Unfortunately, it will not be the PowertraxONE MX. The option we do have is the Pace Edwards Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Explorer Series Rails - Electric - Aluminum, part # 311-BEF1507. It comes with t-slots, so you can attach a ladder rack or a roof rack to this cover.

We only have the PowertraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover - Powered - Aluminum - Accessory T-Slots, part # RTT-90322, for the 2003 Ford F-350 with the 6-3/4' bed. I also checked the Retrax website. It appears they do not offer a PowertraxONE for your model F-350 with the 8' bed.
