Cant seem to locate a hitch ball with these specs, can you? 2 hitch ball - 1 rise - 3/4 diameter

When referencing a hitch ball. When you say 1" rise, if you are talking about the shank length then the closest we have to the measurements you provided is the TowSmart 2" Hitch Ball # TS54FR. This hitch ball is a 2" ball-1-1/2" shank length and 3/4" shank diameter.
Typically when talking about rise, it is involving the drawbar. The Curt Class II Drawbar # C45518 (3/4" rise) is the closest we have to a 1" rise that fits a hitch ball with a 3/4" shank diameter. This drawbar fits in a 1-1/4" hitch receiver.
