Is Material of AirBedz Rear Seat Air Mattress # 341033 Tough Enough for Dog Nails

Question:
How easily does this puncture. I wanted to provide my dog a more comfortable place to lay down when traveling. I have a 2021 Edge. my dog is an 18 month old , 75 pound labrador retreiever. I am concerned that it will puncture from her nails if it is of a light weight non sturdy material. I saw someone say their dog loved it but they didnt say what size dog they had.
