For locking pins for your base rails I recommend the Curt Base Rail Lock for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 1/2" Diameter Pin # C23256. It uses a top mounted lock cylinder with weather-resistant dust cap to keep out water and debris. The aluminum housing has a black powder coat finish to resist corrosion and conceal the pin to deter theft. This pin lock includes 2 keys.
