Mounting kits like the Replacement Mounting Brackets and Hardware for Westin 3" Round Nerf Bars # 23-232PK are vehicle and nerf bar specific and must be matched with the appropriate bars, for the appropriate vehicle.
That being said, the Replacement Mounting Brackets # 23-232PK mentioned will fit the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-2325 and # 23-2320 for a 2002-2009 Dodge Ram Pickup, and a 2008-2009 Sterling Bullet, and will not work for your Trail FX Nerf Bars.
Unfortunately, we do not have any replacement hardware for your Trail FX nerf bars, for your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
However, the Westin HDX Nerf Bars # 56-5345752 will fit a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado New Body style 1500,2500, and 3500 crew cab. These nerf bars will come with everything needed for installation as well.
If this is not the style of truck you have, let me know and I'd be happy to assist you.
