Does Thule TracRac TracOne Come with Mounting Hardware for 2013 Toyota Tacoma

Hi I’m looking for a rack to add to my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. It’ll need to support roughly 550 lbs of pipe for long drives. Does this kit come with the clamps shown in the video? The kit pictures show a traditional C clamp design. Also, what type of theft protection does this have or can it have? I live in a city where cars are broken into constantly. How can I lock this on the truck to prevent theft?

The Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack for Toyota Tacoma - Toolbox Mount # TH27000XT-500 does come with everything needed to install on your 2013 Toyota Tacoma including the clamps and hardware needed. It does not have any anti-theft lock mechanisms built into it aside from fact most of the hardware has red loc-tite on it which is nearly impossible to remove without a torch.
