Question:
I have a 2018 Buick Regal TourX with flush mount rails and the only available racks that I have found is the OEM rack from Buick and the Thule rack. Inno makes an XS450 flush mount foot but no available information on the fit kit on the vehicle. I contacted inno and they mentioned to me that the development team hasnt been able to check the vehicle and they are in Japan and its been 2 years since they have come to the states to develop anything. I know my TourX takes the Thule Fit Kit 186029. Do you know of any other vehicles that use that fit kit on flush rails? I was trying to cross reference kits to see if there would be a fit kit for the Inno racks that would work for the TourX and they just havent been able to get that car specifically in there hands to test fit anything. I could go with the Thule kit but Im just looking for other options since there isnt much for the TourX since the vehicle didnt last too long in the Buick lineup. The car is an Opel Insignia B Sports Tourer rebranded to a Buick Tour X. Thanks

So I checked with every single roof rack manufacturer, and indeed the only option for a roof rack for your 2018 Buick Regal TourX with flush-mounted rails is from Thule. No other manufacturer has one, and in regards to if the fit kit is for any other vehicles, I verified with Thule it is not; it is only a fit for the Regal TourX. So if you'd like to add the Thule roof rack to your 2018 Buick Regal TourX, here's exactly what you'd need:
- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711400 or Black # TH711420
- Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710601
- Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Roof Rack Feet # TH186029
Even though this is the only option, it is very high-quality roof rack that is quiet, durable, and easy to use, so you aren't stuck trying to mount accessories on a couple of empty paper towel tubes. Thule is known for their quality and this rack will absolutely live up to those standards.
The only other thing you may want to consider are locks to keep the rack securely in place on your Buick's roof, and you can lock the feet with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400.
