Does Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2253 Come with Safety Cables

From the photo it looks like the base plate comes with safety cables. Is that true? I just ordered the base plate, cables, a tow bar and lighting. If this already has safety cables I need to modify my order. Thanks!

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX2253 comes with short safety cables to go from the base plate to the vehicle frame but they are not the ones you are thinking of that go across the tow bar. So your order would not need to be modified.
