Question:
The tail lights work on both sides. The stop and blinker work on the left side. The stop and blinker do not work on the right side. I have replaced the bulb, no help. I replaced the fixture, no help. We tow with a 2002 Ford F150 and the trailer is a Thor Kodiak.

The first thing I would do is test the 4-way by function with a circuit tester like our # PTW2993. This will determine if the problem is on the trailer or the tow vehicle. Check out the video I attached that shows how this is done.
You might also check for corrosion in the trailer connectors and clean as necessary, corrosion can cause all sorts of problems. You should also check the condition of the ground for the right side light assembly on your trailer, a bad ground can cause what you are describing. Make sure it is attached to a clean metal surface.
If there is voltage there in all the correct places you know the problem lies somewhere in the trailer wiring. If not then the problem is in the wiring harness. Sometimes a short in the trailer wiring can cause the converter box of the wiring harness to go out so that is most likely what the problem would be. Especially if the tail lights of your vehicle are working properly.
I attached an FAQ article on trailer wiring for you to check out also.
