Based off of my research, your 2004 Fleetwood Revolution 40C was built on a Freightliner XC chassis, and would use the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1209-115. In that case, the replacement bushing you'll need is the Replacement Split Bushing for Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bars with 1-1/2" Diameter Bars # RM-205217-10.
