According to both our fit guide and the Yakima Fit Guide this roof rack system is considered a fit for your 2002 Isuzu Rodeo Sport 2 door with 2 sunroofs.

I am not sure what cargo you intend to carry with this roof rack system but I have included some fit notes that Yakima provided below. These are specific to using this roof rack on your 2002 Isuzu Rodeo Sport 2 door that has 2 sunroofs. I have also provided a photo showing the Yakmia roof rack on a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo Sport 2 door for your reference.

Yakima Fit Notes for the Yakima Q Towers on a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo:
When open, sunroof may interfere with some accessories.
Press Firmly against the lower portion of the clip while tightening the rack. This will properly locate the clip over the internal raingutter and or will keep the clip flush against the doorframe during installation.
Any load extending beyond the length of the roof (except luggage boxes) must be secured to both the front and rear of the vehicle, in addition to the rack.
SideWinder (Tandem Bike Mount) will not work due to crossbar spread limitations.
Limited to 2 surfboards. Board length limited to 8 feet or less on this application. Boards must be stacked - DO NOT carry side-by-side.
Surf/Sail/Paddleboard length limited to 10 feet or less when using Wavehog on this application.
Any load/mount extending beyond the rear hatch seam may cause interference.
Boa bike mount will not work due to crossbar spread limitations.
