Wondering if the Hollywood Racks Rack Valet Rolling Storage Cart for Hitch-Mounted Bike Racks will work with the ReconRack R5???

I cannot think of a reason why the Hollywood Racks Rack Valet Rolling Storage Cart for Hitch-Mounted Bike Racks - 100 lbs, part # HRRV-1, will not work with the 1UP Recon Rack 5. My only concern would be its height might make moving it when it is mounted to the Rack Valet unwieldy. The Rack Valet has a weight limit of 100 lbs.
