Spindle Recommendation for a Square 2x2 Axle

Question:

I have seen a similar axle spindle fit a 2x2inch square axle tube. Is the stub diameter indeed 1.75? This would fit into a square tube with .125inch wall thickness, but I dont think this would be strong enough. Thank you!

For your 2 inch by 2 inch axles you would want a Redline Spindle for Square Axles # TRU47FR. This is a square spindle designed for 2 inch square axles so it should work for well for you.

Check out the review video I attached.

The EZ Lube Spindle # TRU74FR you referenced is designed for round axles so it would not work for you.

Spindles should be welded on by a qualified welder.
