Will # 65005 fit a 1995 k1500 4wd ext cab with a 28inch inside and 34inch outside frame? Ty

Yes, the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65005 is confirmed to fit on your 1995 Chevrolet K1500. It will fit your frame dimensions as the mounting holes in the receiver are 30-3/8" on center. You should have either all 6 mounting holes already in your frame or you may have to drill the rearmost 2 holes as they are not always present on all vehicles. A Front Mount Trailer Hitch License Plate Relocation Bracket # 5443 will come in handy if your truck requires the front license plate bracket to be removed.
