I have a great repair link for you. Even though we do not specifically carry Konig snow chain repair links, we do carry different brands (Titan Chain, Glacier, and pewag). It is important to note that you want to match the chain thickness with the current chains you have installed. I went ahead and attached a product listing of the repair links we carry. If you need extra assistance, feel free to respond to this answer with the thickness measurement of your particular chains.
As far as pliers, the Titan Chain Repair Pliers for Passenger Car and Light Truck Snow Tire Chains - 6-3/4" Long # TCRP1 gets the job done on most chains. These pliers are designed to work on chains up to 5.3mm thick. However, if you feel you need more leverage, I recommend the Titan Chain Repair Pliers for Heavy Truck Snow Tire Chains - 22-3/4" Long # TCRP3S. These pliers are designed to work on chains up to 13mm thick.
