Im hearing there is limited clearance @ cab of super duty when installing Thule Sliding Rack. How much clearance is there?

The last model year that had some issues with cab clearance with a ladder rack was the 2019 Super Duty trucks. Since you have a 2022 Ford F-350 you won't have any clearance issues with the Thule TracRac SR # TH43003XT-000.
Just for reference, I had the opportunity to install the Buyers Products Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 3371501400 on a 2020 F-250 which I am attaching the video for so you can see there is clearance for that overhang.
